Yes. If you approve the demo, the demo fee is subtracted from your package price and you only pay the remaining balance.
You can send us structured feedback and we will revise the demo, or you can decline. If you decline, there is nothing more to pay.
Once your finished website is ready for final review, you can book a video call where we go through the site together and make changes with you in real time. The session length depends on your package, and it's booked from your project dashboard. It isn't part of the demo stage.

Each package lists a typical demo turnaround. After you approve the demo, your dashboard shows an estimated completion date and live progress.
No, but you can add them when you fill in your business questionnaire. Hosting is $15/month or $150/year and includes a free domain name for the first year. Support plans start at $20/month, with 10-15% off when bundled with hosting. Billing starts when your website goes live.
